For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we have a ring doorbell located at the outside entrance.
Servicing of the pool to occur every Friday
Dock outside of unit is available for use. Please note it is shared with other unit on property.

Summary: The Condo has a great view and is very well equipped. Only one thing and it is not the fault of the owners of this superb condo. We used to come to the Lake about 25 years ago, like all lakes in North America, the amount of green and blue algea is overwhelming.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. If we visit Burlington again over the summer, we would definately stay here. Wonderful views and we took advantage of the provided paddleboard, paddle boat and kayak which provided lots of fun. One of the best properties we have stayed at.

Summary: This house is absolutely beautiful, and right on the lake. The lake is a little shallow right there, but that makes it easy to access. There is a very nice beach, and paddleboard and kayak. It is an easy drive into Colchester and into Burlington. The house is just as advertised, and the property owner was amazingly accommodating with our last-minute change of plans. I would definitely recommend this spot.
